This policy explains how Louis de Jager Professional Corporation ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information gathered through louisdejagercpa.com. When you submit the self-assessment form, your responses are transmitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, and delivered directly to our email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a processor on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy policy. We do not maintain a separate marketing database of website submissions; information you send is retained in our email records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, and then in accordance with our general document retention practices.
